Week at a Glance

Okay this blog thing is becoming more like a journal for me so I don't doubt that it's dreadfully boring for anyone else to read but whatev. ;) On Monday I just worked and then rented a movie for Marshal and I to watch and it totally sucked. Don't watch Takers, snorefest of the century. then I made black bean, corn, and chicken quesadillas for dinner. Mmm Mmm. I thankfully didn't have to work on Tuesday so I started the day with a bike ride and some P90x. Then we (Jacie, the girls and me) went up to Veyo to spend the day swimming and for me, getting burnt. It was sooo much fun though. I love that area, the trees, blackberry bushes, canyons, it's all so pretty. Marshal and his Dad came up after work and we had a very unhealthy dinner consisting of corndogs, hamburgers, fries, and ice cream haha. Yikes. On Wednesday, I had to work all day and then we went to dinner at Wade and Jacie's house yet again. I swear we should be giving them grocery money haha. But she cooked up her venison and it was delicious. :) I hope I can cook as good as she does someday. Seriously. Thursday, I was off again. Can I just tell you how much I love not working everyday haha. Anyways, I went on a pretty tough bike ride, did P90x and cleaned the house up, shipped the three text books I sold!, and cleaned the guest bedroom and Wade and Jacie's house. I got home just in time to see the cutest face I've ever seen. :) Love that boy. I made BBQ chicken and bacon calzones for dinner and then Marshal took me to the fair for a cute little date. Unfortunately, it was dreadfully hot (welcome to St. George) so we didn't stay long. Marshal blew ten bucks throwing darts at balloons and got Lady some new chew toys that she's already destroyed haha. The Carnies around here have gotten more and more sketchy with the passing years. I'm talking toothless, likely high on meth, disgusting, scary guys. Anyways, we didn't let the fun stop there! :) We decided to go play mini golf at Fiesta Fun. Talk about flashback! We played our 18 holes and then spent almost an hour with four dollars in the arcade haha now that's talent. Actually the reason we spent so little was because that place has gone to crap. The games are almost all broken so we spent our time playing skeeball on one machine. It was surprisingly fun. :) We cashed in our tickets for some pettier than I remember them being, prizes. That place was so huge and exciting when I was little but it's more pathetic than anything now haha. We decided to keep with the theme of reminiscing and went to Baskin Robbins where we both used to go when we were little. We got way too big of ice creams and it was so worth it. :) It was the most fun we've had in a while and it was definitely needed. Today, I woke up early to go babysit for about an hour and then went to work. The plan for the evening is to have homemade orange chicken rice bowls, possibly go cut up  the wood at Marshal's Dad's house or just hang out and relax, depending on how tired Marshal is. I have to work most of the day tomorrow which sucks but I only work for a few hours on Sunday and then I'm off everyday except for Thursday next week and it's off to Panguitch next weekend for a last hurrah before school starts the following Tuesday! Life is getting more and more crazy everyday and I'm loving it! Whoo, that's a wrap.

The fair. :) If only you could see my super cute shirt!

Big Winners! ;)

Update, finally!

Where to begin... It's been almost a month since I've sat down and devoted time to this blog and I've missed it! I have been so ridiculously busy, the days fly by and I can hardly remember everything that's happened this month without looking at my event calendar. Here goes my attempt to catch you all up on my life. :) Starting with July 15-17: We went to Panguitch lake with Marshal's Dad's family and his friends. We took the boat and Marshal's Dad bought us both brand new fishing poles that are soooo nice. We ended up catching six huge fish that weekend! We also had the most delicious ribs ever from a little lake restaurant up there and had it out with a couple of hippies. Some people are just so selfish, rude and inconsiderate, I hope you never have to come in contact with these particular ones. Oh well, the weekend was a blast still and it was so great to get away and enjoy the cool weather up there. That next week was my first week of work at Old Navy and I don't think there was a single day that I left without a bag in hand. Gap Inc. thinks they're paying me but it's really all going back to the store, oopsies. Walking around checking out and folding all of the clothes makes it nearly impossible to leave without something haha gotta kick that habit fast before I'm broke. This sounds pathetic but that job is pretty exhausting especially when I've got a full shift on the sales floor. Walking, bending, climbing ladders and staying perky enough to greet and help customers really takes a lot out of a girl, at least me haha I'm definitely not made to be in retail for the rest of my life. Halelujah. It's fun and a good experience for now. :) That weekend was Marshal's birthday weekend and boy did he know it. ;) He got a credit card earlier in the week and bought himself a PS3 for his birthday. (Gift #1) I woke him up at Midnight on Friday the 22nd and gave him a little book that I put together called "Those 3 Words". Inside, it had twenty pages of the words, "I love you" in a variety of different languages. The last page said iLoveyou with an Apple symbol and just as he read that page, I pulled out the iPhone I bought him. I don't know if it was the fact that it was the middle of the night and we were both dead tired, or if he really was that excited but he LOVED it. I thought it was a pretty genius idea and it did play out perfectly so his birthday started off great. :) I got up with him to make his lunch like every other day and he went to work. I had to work but only until two that day so I came home and made him a cake and a cookie cake to celebrate with later that night. When he got home we went to dinner at Wing Nutz which is like a bar/restaurant place with the most delicious food ever! I didn't think it would be that great but it turned out to be way more than I expected. New favorite date night food. :) Then we took the cakes that I made and decorated over to his Dad's house to do cake and ice cream with the family since Nelson was in town too. His Dad and Jacie gave him a new tackle box full of fishing stuff to go along with our fancy new fishing poles. (#2) Nelson got him Call of Duty (#3) and Skull Candy headphones (#4). Spoiled, right? :) He deserves every bit of it though. We lit off fireworks that night and then came home and Nelson and Marshal stayed up all night playing cod while I of course, crashed. :) On Saturday, I made what Marshal would call the absolute best thing he's ever eaten, orange rolls. And I'll admit, they were pretty freakin good. He was practically bowing down to me for them though. I love cooking these days and I really love trying to recipes and having them be great. :) On Saturday, I had to work for a few hours and then we went to his Dad's for a barbecue and then went and got a glacier at Frostop and walked around at the park where there just happened to be a concert that night. Perfect. <3 It was a great weekend and I hope a great birthday for him because he deserves nothing short of the best. Okay the next week went pretty routine, I worked, Marshal worked, I hung out with Jacie and the girls on my days off and made some pretty tasty dinners. Unfortunately, my grandpa got sick that week with an abscess on his colon requiring some pretty intensive surgery. He didn't recover very well at first and was like a whole different person in the way he acted and talked. He was chronically confused and angry which is nothing like him at all. Once he got out of the hospital, my Grandma had to move him into a care center in Mesquite because he required 24/7 care and she just couldn't do it all. He's still there right now and my poor Grandma is struggling so much with the whole thing. He is definitely less confused now and his sweet personality is back but you can tell that there's still something not right. Hopefully he'll continue to recover and be back home this week. Everything happens for a reason right? I'm just glad it's not permanent and that he is getting better. I don't know what I'd do if he wasn't around. Love that adorable guy. :) Beginning Wednesday of that week, the Sip family reunion was in full swing. I went up to Cedar early that day to clean out the apartment and hang out with my Mom, Grandma and Aunt Nickie. I've never cleaned so much in my life, it was exhausting! Marshal and the whole fam came up later to go watch the green show and then move our couches down here. Thursday after work, we had dinner at the Toquerville Park with the Sips and just visited for a couple hours. Friday was Quail Lake night where we had dinner and played in the water until it was too dark to see. On Saturday, we all went out to Veyo Pool and had a campsite right on the creek reserved for the day. It was absolutely gorgeous! I could live there if no one else did haha. There's a pool that is filled with Spring water and drained every single night, a snack bar, and a crawdad filled creek in a tall canyon with rope bridges across it. I fell in love with it. We swam and played in the creek all day and had a dutch oven dinner that night. On Sunday, Marshal and I went to Snow Canyon State Park to finally complete the final project for my Geology class. It was actually a lot prettier and more interesting that I ever thought it would be. I spent the rest of the day writing the report while Marshal and Nelson played Cod haha. Okay we're getting close to real time... This last week was pretty hectic, I don't think I got to sit down for a minute until now. I didn't work Monday but there was plenty to do around the house. First, I went for a bike ride, I forgot how much of a workout that really is! Then I cleaned like crazy, did laundry and got ready for dinner at Marshal's Dad's house for his Uncle's birthday. I worked all day long on Tuesday and Wednesday which left me dead as can be haha. On Thursday I went school clothes shopping with Jacie and the girls and went to lunch with my love, then visited Marshal's Grandma in the hospital. We had dinner over at his Dad's house again that night because we were figuring out where to build their chicken coop for the cute little beebee chickies they got! I had to work again on Friday and then did some more shopping with Jacie and the girls afterwards and got frozen yogurt. We woke up bright and early (I'm talking 5:30 am) on Saturday to go out to Modena and get a load of firewood with Marshal and his Dad, Jacie and the girls. We explored the mountain and land that Wade owns out there, had a picnic, and then headed back down into Enterprise because Jacie had a Doe tag she needed to fill. We had dinner at this cute retro hamburger joint and then went on the hunt. It didn't take very long though, she shot the first one we saw and it was down. I stayed back and played with the girls while they did the dirty work. If anyone is still reading, it's today! Marshal and I went on a tough bike ride this morning. I didn't think I would make it back home haha but he's got legs of steel that force me to keep up. :) He's a good workout buddy, if only he had time to workout more often. We got back home and Marshal's grandparents came down from Pine Valley. We visited with them because we haven't seen them in so long and then went to Costco with them. Seriously forgot how awesome that place is, we're definitely getting a membership haha I wish I was kidding. We got Jack in the box for lunch and had cake for John's birthday. Marshal and John have been playing the Wii John got from his parents, they're so cute. In other news, I'm officially done with all of my online classes and I couldn't be more stoked! Hello summer? Haha too bad school starts in two weeks. Also, Lady is the cutest dog ever, We're hoping to go see The Little Mermaid this week or next at Tuacahn, I'm going on a serious health food craze, I miss my Mama and being able to go to her house three times a day but I'm loving having Jacie to hang out with when Marshal works. Blu-ray movies are incredibly better that dvd's and I really have the best boyfriend in the world. He does more for me than I could ever ask of anyone and he loves me on top of it all. Life is going at crazy speed right now but I'm loving every minute of it and I wouldn't trade a single second of it for the world. I'm really going to put in an effort to do this more often although it's been fun reminiscing on the last few weeks haha. I'll work on getting some pictures up. I'm so happy. :)

Lookin' Up!

What a hectic few days! Last Friday feels like a month ago already but that was the day of Cassie's wedding reception up in Salt Lake. She looked absolutely gorgeous and the whole thing just looked perfect. I'm so glad it all worked out just like she planned. I loved it. We drove home that night (talk about a long day), so we could move to St. George on Saturday. We got home at about 1:00 am and woke up the next morning by 9:00 to start packing it up. We filled the bed of Marshal's truck and filled up my car and got to the new house at noon. Before moving our stuff in, we had to move stuff out of the room that is now ours. Marshal's Dad came over to help him move all of the heavy stuff to another room and then Marshal went with him back to Cedar to get our bed while I unpacked the truck. Haha I've never been so sweaty in my life. Once I got it all in, I fell asleep on the floor until Marshal's grandparents got here. His Grandma and I went through some of the kitchen and just visited for a while. They ordered pizza and when Marshal and Wade got back and unloaded the bed, we all sat around and talked and ate. My mom dropped by a little later on her way to Mesquite and we just unpacked a little bit before making a trip to Wal-Mart. I think we made it through four isles before Marshal was sitting on the ground looking at the laundry soap so we just got cereal and milk and left haha. On Sunday, Marshal put a fence up so Lady can be in the backyard without getting out and we went back to Wal-Mart. We got all of our groceries home and then I spent at least an hour cleaning the fridge before unloading them. It's nice and clean now though and that's all that matters. :) That evening, we played a forever long game of Monopoly with John who kicked our butts and had pancakes for din din. Monday, Marshal was back to work at 6 a.m. Poor guy, right? I got up and made him a little lunchy and then crashed until ten haha. I went crazy unpacking the rest of the day. I got our room completely unpacked, the bathroom organized, and attacked the kitchen and full speed. The kithen was a good three hour project, no joke. It's hard moving into a house that has everything already but then we have our own stuff on top of it. Marshal's Grandma has a ton of old dishes from her Mom and Grandma in the cupboards so after condensing, cleaning, and organizing, the kitchen is sooo perfect now. There really is plenty of room and I cleaned it all. Then, I decided to call a few places about job applications that I had turned in and for some reason I have incredible luck. I called Old Navy and they asked me to come in for an interview at 5:00 that day! I was freaking out and had to take a fast shower and get ready quick just to be wayyy too early haha I'm an idiot. Anyways, it was a group interview and I don't mean to brag but I killllllled it. :) The others in my group seemed like it was their first interview and had no idea what was going on. During the interview, we even had to be mock employees out on the floor and it was so much fun! I loved it. I've never come out of an interview feeling so confident. It was a great change. :) I got back to the house and my cutest boyfriend had dinner ready (his famous baked spaghetti) and it was delicious! We sat down and ate and then as I started to clean the dishes, my phone rang... It was the manager from Old Navy asking me if I would come back for a second interview the next day! I was ecstatic and jumping and screaming and just so excited. Marshal was even excited enough to leap off the ground a couple times, which made it even better haha. We left the house almost immediately to go shopping so I would have a fancy outfit to wear to that interview haha I'm not kidding. We went to Maurices and Marshal bought me two adorable shirts and some fancy business looking capris. Did I mention he's the best boyfriend I could ever ask for? :) Then we hit Larson's for a celebratory glacier and went to the park where there just happened to be a concert that night. We walked around talking and loving life and then came back home, layed on the couch and watched Family Guy. Most perfect day? I think so. :) Ah this post is so freakin long already! Oh well haha. Yesterday, I went back to Old Navy for a second interview with a different manager and she was so cute. We just laughed the whole time pretty much and she extended a job offer at the end of the interview! I was so shocked that it was so easy, I couldn't believe it! I got out to the car and immediately called Marshal screaming and booked it home. He had gotten off early because he had a dentist appointment so he was here when I got back. After some more running, jumping and screaming, we went to Cedar for his appointment. After the hottest ride from hell and Marshal's five minute appointment, we went to Payless and I got a super cute pair of brown flats for my NEW JOB! Haha I still can't get over it. I swear I tell Marshal like ten times a day that I have a job. :) We were going to stay and clean the apartment but just got Panda for dinner and took another load of crap to bring to our new home. By the way, this house is more than I could ever dream of and Marshal's Uncle John is adorable. I love living here so much already. This is exactly the change I needed. Being able to make Marshal's lunch and send him off in the mornings knowing that I'll see him at night is the best thing ever. I'm worried that I'm going to have evening shifts and won't be able to make dinner very often but we'll work it out. So far, although I've had to do a lot of cleaning, I've never been so happy. Today, I have employment training at three and I'm already hoping that I don't have to work this weekend so I can go camping with Marshal's family at Panguitch Lake. I'll be soo bummed if I can't. Other than that, life is great and getting better everyday. Love, love, love. I'll try to post pictures sometime in the midst of the madness that is my life. I know you'll fall in love with this house too. ;) And scene.

Crazyyy.

I've been crazy busy lately so forgive me for falling behind on the bloggy. :) We went to Navajo Lake last weekend with Marshal's stepmom's family, it is so gorgeous up there! We had our own campsite and set up our little tent and had a great view of the lake with all the trees. Seriously, if you ever need to get away to somewhere peaceful and relaxing, head up there. We played frisbee, went fishing, hiked around, took naps, ate delicious meals and of course roasted marshmallows for smore's. Unfortuantely Lady went into heat the day we left and well, it's just disgusting. I felt so bad for her the whole time we were up there though because not only was she on her period which just sucks, she was throwing up and pooping like crazy. She was miserable but snapped out of it after the first day or so. Marshal's dad took their little fishing boat up to the lake and I caught a fish! It was wayyy too exciting haha. Oh I forgot to brag about these delicious cookies I made before we left, I made them from scratch (which I'm getting pretty good at) and they had mini reese's cups in them. To say the least, I think the whole three dozen were inhaled within an hour. While we were just sitting around one of the days, my cute boyfriend went and found me a walking stick to carve. It entertained me for a couple hours and turned out pretty cool haha. We packed up camp on Monday morning after one last fishing trip in the boat with Marshal's little sisters. When we got home, I immediately checked my grades for the result of my Math 2010 final and I got a 97%! I got an A in the class and I couldn't be happier that it's finally over. :) After an extra long shower to rid ourselves of the stench of nature and filth that we acquired, we went to my Mom's to hang out and do laundry and one other chore... After we started laundry, we went to Chili's for dinner and then hit Wal-Mart for groceries then went back to my Mom's. Anyways, that chore turned out to be a pain haha. We bought electric clippers at Wal-Mart and decided to shave Lady. Oh boy. I've never seen so much hair in my entire life, no exaggeration. It took us a good hour at least and she did not like it. While she was definitely better behaved than we expected, it was still no where near easy. My nephews Titus and Ryan and my niece Jasmine are at my Mom's for the week so we set off fireworks after that and watched the real fireworks. :) It was fun and the kids loved the sparklers and "flowers". Then we came home and started the week all over, preparing for an early morning for Marshal and a stressful week for me. I worked for a few hours on Tuesday morning and then picked up Jasmine to come over to the apartment and make a cookie cake for Nickie since it was her 50th birthday. We made little Chef shirts to cook in and dove into a new recipe. :) Jasmine had a ton of fun helping put it all together and sneak a few bites of dough. The extra large cookie turned out great and once in cooled, we took to decorating it. :) I did the writing and then Jasmine did the rest of the frosting. It was such a great idea and I'm so glad we did it. Nickie was surprised and thrilled with it and my Grandma and Grandpa thought it was the coolest thing ever. That night, I came back home and packed the majority of the house! I continued the next morning and I'm shocked at how much I got done. Packing got me soooo excited for the move, I can't wait! Yesterday, I just worked and hung out with the kids. They're seriously so freaking funny, they had me laughing all night long and the fact that my mom was trying to make them calm down made it even more hilarious. Today, I am loving the fact that I finally get to sleep in but now I'll pack some more and maybe work on my online classes (yeah right) and then go to work. I promised the kids that I would sleep over there tonight so I'll be either entertaining or being entertained for the rest of the evening. :) I wish my family lived closer sooo badly. Then tomorrow, Marshal and I are driving up to Salt Lake for Cassie's wedding reception and then driving back late that night so we can move our stuff to St. George on Saturday and move stuff from the new house out to Pine Valley as well. Busy weekend? I think so but it'll be fun and over before we know it. I'm just loving life and where it's taking us. I think the most comforting fact in the world is that I'm not going anywhere alone, I'll always have the most perfect guy right by my side. <3
The view from right below our campsite. Isn't it gorgeous?!

Not the best picture but it's the only one I got. :) Love him.

So picture perfect, until he threw her in haha.

Chef Jasmine and her Chef Auntie Holly.
So cute. :)

The finished product and it was sooo yummy.
Better than cake if you ask me. :)

I'm In!!!!

This is absolutely the very last thing I should be doing right now but I had to share the excitement! I got my letter of acceptance into the College of Education today!!!! :) :) You have to have a minimum of 80 points accrued from your application, tests, interview and gpa and I had a total of 96! Woo! :) Now let the work begin, I'm sooo excited! Other news: I went to St. George today and had an interview at Kneaders Bakery... not holding my breath for that one haha they had already interviewed 300 people before me. Poor manager! I went to a few other places to check on positions but it's awkward going by myself so I was glad Marshal got off work semi-early. :) We went to Olive Garden for dinner and then I had to leave due to my complete lack of studying for the final I have to take in the morning haha oops. So now, after two hours of studying I'm stoked to never have to look at the notes for this class ever again. Good riddance Math 2010, I can't wait for 11:15 a.m. tomorrow. So right now, I should be either cleaning the house or packing everything up for the weekend or possibly getting some sleep before this test but at this point, although I'm trying realllllly hard to care about this class for just one more day, I don't. Not even slightly and therefore, this test can suck it. I don't know how I'll make it through Math 2020 in the Fall. But I'm certainly not thinking about that yet, all that is on my mind is getting out of town and having a blast this weekend camping at Navajo Lake. Oh! One more exciting tid bit. In the midst of looking for jobs, I've come across some information about working for the school district and if it's not a possibility for this Fall, it will be for the Spring! That would obviously be the most ideal job in the world right now so I'm hoping the keenks (I have no idea how to spell that right now) will all work themselves out and I'll land a job as an aid at one of the schools in St. George! Woo! So that's all for now, I'm sure there will be a huge post following this weekend so keep ya eyes peeled BB. ;) Happy Fourth of July weekend everyone! Be safe and have lots of fun! <3

Just what I needed. :)

Okay, this last weekend was so simple and so perfect despite all the glitches. :) When Marshal got home on Friday night, I had dinner almost ready. I found a new recipe that sounded really good so I tried it. Yikes, big mistake haha. The noodles and sauce were absolutely disgusting but hey, the chicken was delicious so I think that made up for it haha. Oh that and the fact that we ate half the carton of bunny tracks ice cream that night. Mmm. Also that night, I needed to run to the pool to submit an assignment from Blair's computer which turned out to be fun. :) Marshal taught me how to make a paper airplane and we went outside and threw them all over until they just refused to fly anymore haha. Then I remembered that we had a frisbee in the car so we let Lady out and played frisbee on the grass in front of the PE building for a good hour. Once Marshal taught me how to properly throw it, we had a lot of fun. On Saturday, we decided that since the night before had been so fun, we wanted to do the same thing. :) We went and bought a badminton set and a real frisbee and went to the other side of that building. This time, I was wearing my swim suit under my clothes so I got to lay out and get a tan for the first time this summer! I was stokeddd. We played games and just relaxed for a couple hours before we went home and showered and got ready. Then, we went over to Groovefest and the first booth we saw was Colie and Co. Sooo cute. They make the cutest stuff ever and I bought some of Tami's earrings that I Love! Not only do I miss the twins but that made me realize how much I miss their family too! We walked around there for a while and then went to Sonny Boy's for dinner since I had a gift certificate haha. It's not all it's talked up to be, but it was fine. We went over to my mom's to hang out after that and took my bike too. :) Then we went late night grocery shopping and came home and watched that so stupid it's funny movie, White Chicks and I seriously stayed awake for the whole thing! Can you believe that?? Unfortunately, we had to wake up super early for 9:00 church for Joey and Danny's farewell but their talks were good and we saw pretty much everyone from high school there. At noon, we went out to their house for a little luncheon and visited with everyone for a while before coming back home and heading out on a bike ride. :) We wore our swim suits again and rode to the college and around campus before ending up at the pool where we jumped off the diving boards and swam around for a while. Then we rode our bikes to Canyon Park and to the end of the trail. What a workout haha. We rode home through the neighborhoods and to say the least, we were exhausted by the end of it but it was sooo fun and a cute way to spend the day together, I think. :) Marshal barbecued the yummiest chicken for dinner and I made cornbread and baked beans. Great dinner to end the weekend. Did I mention we also ate the rest of that ice cream haha fatties. This laid back, no pressure weekend was just what I needed to get my through this last week of class. I got a 93 on my test yesterday and only have the final left which is on Friday. Today, I'm heading to St. George with my Mom and Nickie for eye appointments and to meet my baby for dinner. :) Then, on Thursday I'm going back to St. George for open interviews at a new little bakery/cafe that's opening down there. I'm scared but I think I would love that job so I gotta give it all I got! Then after a half day of work, Marshal will pick me up on Friday to go up to Navajo Lake for the weekend with his Dad's family. It's soooo pretty and so much fun up there, I can't wait! Great way to end another "semester". After that, the job hunt will be going full throttle and I'll be more ansy than ever to get moved. :) Can't wait! Until then, wish me luck on my final and interview!

Routine...Boring

Okay, I can now update my blog again since Brianne did haha but unfortunately, I don't have any exciting things to talk about like she does... Let's see what I can come up with huh? Well last weekend, Marshal and I went out to Pine Valley to spend the night and hang out with his grandparents. Then his Uncle John (the one we are going to be living with) came up too. Friday night was just really relaxing at least for me. Marshal was busy chasing and swatting at mosquitos with John while Lady ran for hours finally getting to burn off some energy! After eating dinner and staying up chit chatting until I really could not keep my eyes open any longer, we went upstairs to bed. This was the first time that Lady didn't have her kennel to sleep in so she slept on the bed and it was miserable! First she wouldn't lay anywhere but right up against my body which actually was really cute but allllll night long she was up kicking and scratching and walking all over the bed which she thankfully couldn't get off of in the dark haha. I think we got a total of five hours of crappy sleep, oh well. The next morning, Marshal's adorable Grandma was busy making breakfast, bless her heart. She has Parkinson's disease and doesn't move around too well so it's hard for her to do those kinds of things and I always feel so bad when she does. Once we had breakfast, Marshal's grandparents took us on a tour of Pine Valley. I absolutely love everything about that little town! They took us up through all the neighborhoods with some pretty freakin fancy cabins that I of course want haha and then up into the campground and lake area. Okay, it was one of the most gorgeous places I've ever seen! The whole area was just covered in trees and the lake was full of fish and families fishing and the campgrounds were so perfect. We want to camp there asap. That town is so cute. Anyways, we went back to the cabin and cut up a watermelon and visited some more but left around noon because we had a wedding to go to! Haha we got home and showered and got all dressed up, well nice shirts and jeans and then heels for me. :) Crissy and Walker's wedding was out in Willow Glen which I had no idea was so huge! They had a cute little wedding ceremony and Crissy's dress was so gorgeous! Loved it. Then we left for a while and returned for the dinner which I don't know who catered but it was...interesting. Haha but we got sparkling cider and made a toast which I've always wanted to do, like in the movies! We left soon after that because we were just exhausted. On our way home, I got a call from Marshal's stepdad Brandon inviting us over for a big family dinner on Sunday. All of a sudden, our lazy Sunday we were looking forward to was gone haha. We went over to their house at four just to find out that they had cancelled the dinner because Brandon wasn't feeling well so instead we went over to Brandon's parents' house and instead of eating the "dinner", we just ate popsicles haha. From what Nelson said, it was a smart choice. We didn't stay there long though and we booked it to Denny's for dinner instead. Then back home and that was the weekend. I definitely dragged that out haha oops. This week has been nothing short of same old same old. Class and work everyday then come home and do homework. But! It's paying off, I'm two weeks ahead in my online classes and I finished one class yesterday and got an A! Now if I can just talk my way into some sort of scholarship. That's next on the agenda, please cooperate SUU. At least Marshal will be home tomorrow. :) We have no plans for the weekend so far and that's just fine with me. All I know is I can't wait to get moved down to St. George! It's about time for a change in my life. And scene.
My role models, the ones I've always looked up to. They
give the best advice and are always there for me, if only
they could be HERE with me. I don't say it enough but
I love you all and appreciate everything you do.
I miss my sisters so much.
This picture makes me want to cry. I miss the days when we
didn't have to worry about growing up and we hung out
24/7. Life is so different without them.
I miss my best friends more and more everyday.

I want nothing more than to be this happy with Marshal for
the rest of my life. I hate being away from him all week
and it seems to be getting harder and harder.
I can't wait to see him tomorrow. <3

Let's hope for some more excitement eh?

Everything Is In Order!

The reason for this post is to get my excitement and nerves out! I had my group interview for the College of Education today and I got my fingerprints done... Last two things I needed to do and tomorrow I'll turn it all in! From there, I'll just have to wait and see if I'm accepted and not to sound full of myself or anything but I can't think of a reason for why I wouldn't be accepted. I'm freakingggg out! Just as I thought, the interview today was so laid back. They only hold those interviews to see if we are normal functioning humans and can interact with each other so I passed haha. Then I went to Math and got my test back from yesterday, I got a 91 which isn't as good as I did on the first test but I can't really complain. Now I'm sitting at work contemplating getting in to swim but who knows if I really will. I realllllly need to but I'm just so lazy haha these are the internal arguments I have with myself everyday. I talked to Brianne today and it just made how much I miss her and Lexa set in. Their lives are so exciting and fun and they're making all of these new friends and I'm so happy for them but I'm terrified I'll be the "old" friend soon. I love them so much and wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. Miss you guys and can't wait to see how cute your house is becoming! Oh! I actually have some big, decently exciting news to share! Marshal's mom went to make our reservations for Hawaii in December and found that every resort on every island is full with huge waiting lists so she looked for other possible destinations... Yeah, we're going to Fiji for a week for Christmas! :) I give you all permission to be jealous because I certainly would be. We're staying in a cute house-like resort on Denarau Island and from Google images, it looks gorgeous! It will definitely be a nice little break during the dead of winter here. :) Soooooo stoked, I gotta get a passport! That's all I really have for today but here are a couple of pic pics of where I'll be basking in the sun this Christmas. :) Have a good rest of the day!

Could December come any slower?! ;)

19!

I'm really starting to suck at this updating thing but I'm one year closer to 21! Haha just kidding, Mom. I do feel a little less juvenile now though. It's a lot less embarrassing to tell people I'm 19 than it is to say I'm only 18 which is always followed by "Awh you're still a baby!", so over that. My big sista and her cute family came to help celebrate my birthday this weekend and I'm sooo glad they did, it was a ton of fun! First, for a little rewind action... On Wednesday, Marshal came home from St. George so we could have a birthday dinner at his mom's house. His mom made fajitas that were delicious and then my mom made strawberry cheesecake for dessert which was definitely a hit. It was just a quiet dinner that would've been much quieter if it weren't for Marshal and Nelson so good thing they were there haha. His mom gave me a way cute wall decoration that matches my "Believe" sign, a couple of make up organizers, a gift certificate for that barbecue place in town and smores stuff for camping. It was so cute. Anyways, somehow I magically had the rest of the week off work so I just had to go to class and then got to hang out with the fam the rest of the day. We baked an insane amount of cake and cupcakes, watched some movies, and of course made daily trips to Walmart. Marshal came home on Friday but immediately had an errand to run which I found to be mysterious and slightly shady but when he returned we went to my Mom's house for dinner. They made pork chops and rice and then we went to Arctic Circle for dessert--never fails. Saturday, Marshal woke me up at 12 to say Happy Birthday (love him) and we went to my Mom's again for breakfast: Fry Bread and white syrup which was my choice of course. :) We left pretty early to make it to St. George for Old Navy's 60% of shorts sale that ended at 11 am. On our way out of town, Marshal asked my Mom to make another stop and he came out with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers! He picked them all out the day before on that "errand" and that made it so much more meaningful. :) We got to Old Navy expecting to get the leftovers that everyone had already picked through but Jodi ran through the store getting my size in just about every pair of shorts there and was waiting by the dressing rooms when we got there. Haha did I mention she's just awesome? Although there was no crowd and plenty of shorts to spare, it was still exciting and my Mom bought two pairs for me since it was my birthday. :) Afterwards, we went and picked up my Dad to have lunch. We went to Chili's and had a delicious lunch and birthday milkshake after the horrible birthday song sung by the waiters. Marshal got to meet my Dad again even though it was like the first time for my Dad and he handled it really well. Then we went back to the nursing home and took some family pictures that I'll cherish forever as corny as that sounds. After that, we headed home to get ready for the barbecue that night. Jodi made these awesome two piece cupcakes that were huge and had to be glued together with frosting but they were seriously, so cool. Jasmine and I had fun frosting all of those while Marshal sat outside and talked with my Grandpa for probably two hours. Poor thing but it was adorable. Jason started cooking and oh my, you should've seen how huge the steak he got me was. Ridiculous but soooo good. I love having chefs in the family haha. They also made mashed potatoes and corn on the cob, my favorite and my Grandma brought up her famous ranger cookies and banana nut bread. To say the least, I ate enough to feed myself for a whole week. Once I blew out the candles and everyone had more than enough cake and ice cream, I opened the gift from my grandparents and aunt, forty bucks...In one dollar bills. Haha it was cute and Jasmine and Jaymie had fun counting it all as I pulled it out of the bag. Then my grandparents and aunt and uncle left and we just relaxed. That's when the food really kicked in and I felt so sick that Marshal and I just went home. It was such a fun day and I'm really glad we got to see my Dad and he seemed excited to see all of us. Thanks again to Jodi for suggesting that. :) So the night goes on... Marshal and I watched Just Go With It, best movie and a few episodes of How I Met Your Mother but I felt horrible the entire time and couldn't even fall asleep which is weird because I'm usually out instantly when we put a movie on haha. This is gross but I finally threw up at like 12:30 am, thanks to Marshal but hey at least it wasn't on my birthday! As Blair would say, I've got a couple more years until I should be throwing up on my birthday. ;) That was miserable and my stomach is still so sore from it. On Sunday, we finally got to sleep in and be lazy until about noon. Then Marshal got Top Spot for lunch and we hung out at my Mom's for the day again. Jodi and Jason got pizza for dinner and we did a whole lot of nothing all day. :) In the midst of doing nothing, I didn't study much for my math test that was today. Oops. Good thing we're studying "Adding and Subtracting Whole Numbers". I'm not kidding. Most boring class ever. So I took that test today and then went to say bye to Jodi, Jason, Jasmine and baby. By the way, that baby is the cutest kid in the world. He's such a boy with all the sound effects he's already got mastered and he has the absolute cutest laugh I've ever heard. So adorable. I hate saying bye to them or anyone in my family for that matter. :( Once they left, I had a doctor's appointment and now here I sit pretty much robbing SUU of $8 an hour minus taxes. So kids, that's how the weekend went down. Exciting right? It was such a great birthday between last weekend and this weekend, I couldn't have asked for more. Now tomorrow I have my interview for the College of Education. You could say I'm freaking out but that's an understatement for sure. I've heard that it's really nothing to stress about but if you know me, I'm good at stressing about nothing haha. As for the rest of the week, no plans so far until Friday but I'll keep ya posted. ;) Godspeed the twins to update their blog and give me something to read. :) Looking forward to another great weekend which means another week down of Math 2010. Woo!

Not Enough Sun But A Lot Of Fun

In celebration of my birthday (a week early), Marshal and I took off for SLC to hit Seven Peaks Water Park and hang out with the two coolest cats I know. ;) We left early Saturday morning and went straight to Alexa and Brianne's apartment where they gave me the cutest birthday presents ever! They got me a jewelry tree which I have been wanting foreverrr and some adorable earrings and an AE gift card. Wayyy more than I could've asked for but they are my best friends. :) Anyways, after that we left for Seven Peaks which was a much longer drive with the millions of detours we encountered... We had 30% off coupons thanks to Marshal but it took forever for the ticket people to figure out the discount thing so that was annoying. After they checked our bags, threw away the twins' cokes and made Marshal get rid of our lunch food, we were in and soooo excited! We found a grassy place with tables and put our stuff down and immediately went to the slides. Which one first? Of course the most terrifying one of them all, who knows what we were thinking. It was a STRAIGHT drop off at the very first and then went back up only to drop you again and let you fly across the water at the bottom. I can only imagine what my face looked like. So scary. Then we went on a slide with these really heavy things you sit on (I can't remember the name) but we could barely even carry them to the top. That ride was just a straight down slide and was way fun. We went on a few more rides after we got double tubes and then went to the Tidal Wave. Sounds awesome right? Well it took like ten minutes to start but once it did, Brianne was swimming her little heart out to get us "right where we wanted to be". It was hilarious and although we may have ran over a few kids to get there, it was a blast. Then came the lazy river, soooo relaxing. Unfortunately it brought a sunburn to the twinsies and even more unfortunately, it brought no sunburn, no tan, no nothing to me but it was nice haha. We were already pretty tired and Marshal and I were starving so we went back to their house to shower and get ready for dinner. But first, we went and looked at Alexa and Brianne's new house that they're fixing up to move into this month. It's right by the U and is on a cute little safe street which is so good for them. The inside has taken them a lot of work and they aren't done yet but it's going to be sooo cute. Props to them for even being willing to clean and paint that whole house, so much work! So we went back to shower but little did we know, their landlord broke through the water pipe in doing some yard work and there was no running water. To make a long story semi-short, we ended up going to their landlord's lady friend's house (she was gone) to shower. It was only a little weird haha. Then we finished getting ready and with very empty stomachs, left to Shanghai! Seriously, the best restaurant in Salt Lake. It was soooo delicious and I ate way too much but I couldn't help it. I freaking love that place! Then we went back to the house and pretty much just hung out for the rest of the night and we all crashed early, I guess that's what we get for hanging out in the sun all day haha. In the morning, the twins went to the Pride Parade and we hit The Gateway to spend my gift card that was already burning a hole in my pocket haha but I got a new pair of jeans, two shirts and a pair of sunglasses. Woo! :) Of course we had to run by Jamba Juice before hitting the freeway and it was sooo worth it. We tried Pomegranate Pick-Me-Up. Best flavor I've had there by far. Mmm. Then, last night after we got home and unpacked, we ordered Pizza Hut and took a bottle of sparkling cider and Lady to the park to have a picnic and let Lady run around for a while. Great end to a such a great weekend! I'm so glad we got to go up there to visit and of course celebrate. :) I miss my best friends and I'm definitely ready for them to move home even though I know they won't. I wish we could still be the inseparable triplets everyday, well I just wish I could see them everyday. Nobody has best friends like mine. Also to Mr. Top Notch Sip, I know that "Pimpin' ain't easy" but thank you soooooo much for going up to Salt Lake and helping make the weekend the best. It means a lot that even though you knew you'd be the only guy, you were still excited and still had a ton of fun. :) I'm so sad that this weekend had to end but it seems I have something to be excited for every weekend for a while! Well first, my mom, Marshal, and I are going to have dinner at his Mom's house for my birthday on Wednesday... Kinda nervous. But then Jodi, Jason, Jasmine and Baby are going to be here on Thursday for my birthday weekend and I can't wait! I haven't seen any of my family in wayyy too long so it'll be great to spend time with some of them and celebrate my birthday all over again! :) Then next weekend, we're camping in Pine Valley to visit Marshal's grandparents on Friday and coming back for my cousin Crissy's wedding on Saturday. I'm mostly just excited to dress up haha. Enough is enough, I'm just babbling now but here are some pictures of the weekend! :)
See that blue slide?! Scariest one! Oh and that pigeon... Marshal
was feedingthem at Sonic and teasing them through the windshield.
Then they swarmed...
Thanks to Marshal, Alexa, and Brianne for such a memorable weekend!

Another week down!

So I started my Math 2010 class on Tuesday. It's supposed to be Math for Elementary Education but... it's kinda hard! I feel so stupid admitting that but it takes a lot of brain power for me to do the assignments sometimes haha. As for my online classes, they're a breeze! I'm flying through them and I'm already about a week ahead in each class, feels great! It's kind of nice having something to do even if it is school work. P.S. you should see the size of my textbooks! Oh! On Wednesday (our real anniversary) Marshal gave me the most beautiful necklace I have ever seen and it matches the ring he gave me last summer. I didn't even know what to say, I love it! :) I gave him two seasons of "How I Met Your Mother" and two new shirts. Then we went out to dinner at Benja's. It's a thai food and sushi bar place and it's superrr fancy. Just what I wanted. :) Marshal had three different sushi rolls and I was only brave enough to try one but it was actually pretty good! I went with a more traditional dish however... fried rice. Haha I"m not kidding, it was really good though. After we ate, we walked around in Ancestor Square which was all green and pretty romantic. :) Then we went and walked around the mall and somehow got sucked into Kay Jewelers because I loved this ring I saw in Cosmo and they had it there! The lady even let me try it on haha, that's the closest I'll ever get to owning a $3000 ring unless Marshal starts saving now! ;) That was fun though. Then we hit up Old Navy for some flip flops and went to Larson's to get glaciers (love!) and sat in the back of his truck to eat them. It was the perfect night. Yesterday was nothing special except my mom did my toesies, I love them! And now I'm sitting at work, not a single person has been here in an hour and probably a total of five since 1:00. I have the best, most boring, job ever. I have gotten a ton of homework done though so I can't complain. :) Tomorrow: Seven Peaks with Marshal and the twinsies, Shanghai for dinner and some catching up. I can't wait! Oh and a shout out to my mama, thanks so much for lending your car and taking care of our pup. You're the best and we love you! Marshal should be home pretty soon, the best way to end a week. :) Wake up early twins, we've got a big day ahead of us!

The One Year Mark

Where do I begin? This was the best weekend we've had in a long time. Marshal got to come home on Thursday and work on a house in Cedar, Friday so we had an extra long weekend to spend together. :) We've mastered the art of dragging out a reason to celebrate and so we began Thursday night. We just went to dinner at Lupitas and were thrilled that our meals were less than $10 together! Broke college students at their finest haha. Thursday was also the last day of Maymester! I said from the beginning that the class would kick my butt but I aced it! So Friday I had big plans to make a fancy dinner at home, little did Marshal know. I got a head start on the day and left the house by about 10 but got sidetracked by a large "Weekend Sale" at Christensens and since I didn't know what to get for Marshal yet, I stopped. Of course I found nothing because I don't even like that store but when I got in my car to leave... It wouldn't start. I called Marshal freaking out and he told me what to do. I fixed my own car! Just call me, Jack of all trades. ;) But really, I was stoked. Then I went and bought wine glasses, new placemats, candles, and stuff to make for dinner and dessert. I had already planned on decorating the house before he got home so I decided to cut out a bunch of little red hearts and I wrote something I love about him on each one of them. I probably made like 50 of them and still didn't come close to covering everything I love about Marshal. Then Marshal called and asked me to run to Home Depot to get something for the house they were working on and when I took it to him, he told me he would be home in about five minutes! Haha I started freaking out. I sped home, changed into the dress he bought me, tidied up and scattered the hearts around the house. I didn't have dinner made unfortunately but it turned out better that way because we got to make it together. :) He was speechless when he opened the front door. The smile on his face stretched from ear to ear and he wouldn't let go of me. I must admit, it did fall together pretty perfectly and looked great but his reaction was what really pulled it together. He walked around the house picking up and reading each of the hearts while I started making the dessert. Just hearing him laugh a little as he read them and stop to come in the kitchen and kiss me, made it all so worth it. Once he finished reading them all, we began cooking dinner: italian baked pork chops, dressing and green beans. Not too fancy but it was delicious. For some reason, I realllllly love green beans. Gross huh? We lit the candles, poured the sparkling grape juice and had a romantic little meal at home. It was great. The dessert however was out of this world. :) It consisted of crumbled brownies layered with whipped cream and then pieces of heath bar toffee and repeated in that order. Once we ate wayyy too much of that, we got in touch with our nerdy side and watched the newest Harry Potter. Loved it! On Saturday, we went to the dollar store and picked up some sand buckets, shovels, kites and of course candy. Then we went up to the pond/lake thing on the hill and made the sweetest sand castle ever. Actually it was inspired from Harry Potter and complete with the forbidden forest haha. It was kinda chilly that day but somehow we both still got sunburns. Since the wind was picking up, we went over to Discovery Park and "flew" our cheap little kites. Mine was broken before it's first lift off but we made it work. It didn't ever get off the ground very high and reminded me more of a stingray gliding across the grass than a kite. Marshal's flew pretty good but took a hard crash and broke. So the kite flying lasted all of twenty minutes? It was so much fun though, we laughed so hard the entire time and everyone was staring at us. From there, we went and got stuff for dinner and headed home. Our dinner was a dud but since it was "Chinese Night", we substituted with Panda Express haha and rented Iron Man 2 which neither of us had seen yet. On Sunday, we made pancakes and had the laziest day ever. For lunch since we wanted to go on a picnic but it was far too cold, we set out a blanket in the living room and had our own little picnic inside. Didn't quite get the outdoors effect but it was still fun. For the rest of the day, we played with Lady, watched tv, and just loved being together. It was "Italian Night" so we found a recipe for a rotini dish that was pretty easy but turned out surprisingly good. We spent the rest of the night playing Scrabble, our favorite game. I promise I'm nearing the end of this post so hang in there. :) Yesterday we slept in for the first time all weekend and it was about freakin time! My body is just set on waking up at 7 for some reason and it's really starting to get annoying. We went to the diner to see Nickie and have some lunch but already had big plans for a barbecue that night. :) We went home real quick to get Lady and I of course got on the computer and saw that Hollister was having a huge sale. Big mistake. We spent like an hour online shopping and came out with a pair of jeans and a shirt for Marshal and a dress and new bikini for me. It's all cute though so that must somehow justify it. ;) We decided to barbecue at my Mom's house and made steak, chicken, and a hamburger for Nickie. It was delicious! Let me tell you, Marshal has mastered the barbecue. We ate dinner then Marshal mowed the lawn for my mom because he's the sweetest guy ever and then we went and got ice cream. It was the best weekend but more importantly, it's been the best year I could ever ask for. :) It feels like it's only been a month and I still get excited to see and hear from him, everyday. That's just how it should be; Perfect. Our actual anniversary is Wednesday so I'm going to St. George to see him and go to dinner. That's when we'll exchange gifts even though my fancy dinner was part of it. :) Can't wait! Oh and once we get through the week, the weekend starts again and this time we'll be celebrating my birthday! :) We're heading up to SLC to see my girlzz and spend the day at Seven Peaks Water Park and the night at mi favorito restaurant, Shanghai! I'm so excited I can barely contain myself, now if the weather just contains itself and provides a nice sunny day for us, I'll be thrilled. Sorry for the incredibly long post but here are some pictures to accompany it. :) Love is all I need.
Couple of freaks... In love.

Our fancy little dinner. :)

<3

The cutest. :)

See the Forbidden Forest I made? Marshal
deserves the credit for the rest haha.

If only you saw the editing I had to do on this...

Food, Family, and Fun

Whew it was a long but great weekend! I had to work Friday evening but Marshal came in which helped my shift go faster. :) Then since we were both craving chinese food we decided to try that chinese buffet place for dinner. I tried sushi! And it was just as gross as I expected. We also had crab, lots o noodles and chicken and I made Marshal try a fried banana hahaha sick. Then we went to visit my aunts and grandma who were up here for the weekend and finished watching Pearl Harbor when we got home. It was a nice relaxing evening that we both needed. On Saturday, Marshal had to go work here in town (boo!) for a few hours in the morning so I went to the store to buy stuff to make cookies. I decided on chocolate peanut butter cookies and found a recipe to use. It wasn't until I realized that I was adding two and a half sticks of butter to the batter that I noticed they yield of four dozen cookies! So needless to say, we had plenty to share. We went out to Pine Valley in the afternoon and got to visit with Marshal's grandparents for a while. They're so cute, I love them. We didn't actually end up leaving until about ten that night but it was fun. :) They have so many stories and love to just sit and talk for hours on end. They also insisted that we move in with Marshal's Uncle John in St. George since we're planning on moving down there this summer. This was kind of a shock but a really good one. John lives in a really nice three bedroom house by the golf course all by himself. He's mentally handicapped but still has a job, can drive and essentially, can take care of himself. He will definitely benefit from us living there though, he does get quite lonely and could use a nice, cooked meal every once in a while. I'm SO excited for this. I've really been wanting to cook more and try new recipes so this is the perfect excuse and I've turned into quite the neat freak lately so I'll be able to keep up with the chores around the house. In exchange, we will pretty much be living the life and saving a ton of money. We won't have to pay for anything but groceries and gas! Marshal is already planning Monopoly Mondays because John loves that game and I think it'll be a great experience for both of us to help out with John. Did I mention, Lady will love it too? They have a nice big backyard and John keeps a garden so it'll be a lot of fun. :) Anyways, we're looking forward to the move and  I think it will relieve a lot of stress for both of us. So on Sunday, after I made pancakes,we went to Marshal's home ward for his friend, Rhett's farewell. It was interesting... I don't think I've ever been stared at or given more death looks in my life. After all, I am what stole Marshal away from all of them haha. Then we went to Rhett's house but left in less than ten minutes because it was soooo awkward. We went back to the church for Nelson's ordination into the Priests Quorum and then went to Marshal's mom's house for lunch where we discussed vacation plans for this Christmas. In case I haven't mentioned before, they're taking us to Hawaii. :) Apparently I have to have a passport before then? Isn't Hawaii a state? Retarded. But we spent the rest of Sunday doing nothing after we went grocery shopping. It was great. Marshal barbecued steaks for us and I made MORE cookies because I had to bring treats to class today. This time they were Andes mint chip cookies and they were delicious. We also rented the new Harry Potter and watched it until we fell asleep (like 30 minutes into it) and here we are at Monday. Long weekend right? I gave my mini lesson today in class! It went a lotttt better than I ever expected it to actually. As usual, I was stressin for nothing and my paper dolls were a hit! I was so relieved and now it's smooth sailing until Thursday which is the last day of Maymester! Woo! This weeks plans consist of working, going to Lexi Cain's graduation on Wednesday, and camping somewhere this weekend for our One year anniversary! :) It's been the best year of my life to say the least. It's been a pretty eventful year as well but it still seems like we were flirting at graduation just yesterday. :) I'm so lucky that I met The One so early in life, that's one thing I'll never take for granted.

Yummy pancakes with mixed berries. :)

Almost There!

Today starts the countdown, only four more days of class for Maymester! I can't believe I've almost made it but I really can't believe how much I've learned in such a short time. It's been a great course and I've loved every day of it. The only assignment I really have left is my mini lesson that I'm almost done preparing for and the last part of my final. Woo! If only it was the end of summer school... My next classes start May 31st and I have a feeling they're going to be a lot of work. I have two online classes and an elementary math class for the month of June. We'll see how that goes. In the mean time, if I'd just buck up and take my application to the Education office, I'll be in the college! That thought scares me though so I've been putting it off. In other news, I get to spend the whole weekend (including last night) with my cutesie boyfriend. :) We're planning on taking a little ride out to Pine Valley to visit his adorable grandparents and explore a little, it's soooo pretty out there! Then one of Marshals's best friends is having his farewell on Sunday so to church we go and I'm hoping Marshal will have the urge to barbecue that night. :) I hope you all have a great weekend too!

These are my visual aids for my mini lesson on diversity. :) Cute huh!

My final project. Each crayon has an element and how I'd implement it in the classroom.

Life is good. :)
